Email or stop by the store to let us know your interest -- especially if other days and times are good for you. The featured title(s) are 15% off new or used copies purchased at Uppercase Books. Please join us! Just come to a meeting or send an email to let us know you're interested and we'll get you on our bookclub list. Note that all bookclubs that register with our store get the bookclub discount. Call or stop by the store and ask for details. If you provide us with your list of upcoming reads, we'll help to locate used copies for your group. |

| Third Thursdays 6:30 - 7:30pm Writers' Workgroup Come join this informal workgroup for encouragement, critique, or simply inspiration and motivation. Whether you write simply for your own creative expression or you want to be published, bring your ideas and your open mind to this group. It's just getting started so spread the word. Meeting time is currently the 3rd Thursday of each month, 6:30 - 7:30pm in the in-store cafe of our store. If you plan to attend, please send a quick RSVP. If you'd like to attend but can't make that time, email your interest and we'll try to accommodate. This group has postponed their meetings until late summer. | Tuesday, August 31st at 2pm Summer Reading Program ~ End of Summer Party!! What have you been reading this summer? Let's celebrate reading with an ice cream party! Every child who has signed up and comes in at least once before August 31st to tell us about the books they've read will get $5 in Uppercase Book Bucks to spend on any used book in the store. |
